1. Network

PLMN preset MCC MNC

Use the PLMN your core and radios use. The MNC digit count matters: 99 and 099 are two different networks.

3. APNs and speed

Up to four APNs per SIM (the Open5GS limit). The first is the default one the core uses when a device doesn't ask for a specific APN. APNs live in the core, so they go in the import file, not on the card.

The AMBR Open5GS enforces per SIM and per APN. 1000 matches the WebUI default. QCI 9 and ARP 8, like the WebUI.

Each card gets OPc = AES-128(Ki, OP) XOR OP, per 3GPP TS 35.206. Your core only needs each card's Ki and OPc.

These are secrets. Anyone with a card's Ki and OPc can clone it. Keep these files the way you keep passwords, and delete stray copies when you're done.

On the core, run the import with:
