Privacy Policy

TheEdgeMile.com sells telecom hardware, software, and consulting to network operators. We collect the minimum we need to take your order, ship your gear, and answer your questions. We do not sell your data. Here is exactly what happens with it.
What We Collect
Orders. When you buy something we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and what you ordered. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
Contact forms. If you send us a message we keep your name, email, and the message so we can reply.
Analytics. We use Koko Analytics, which runs entirely on our own server. It counts visits and referrers in aggregate and does not track you across other sites or share anything with third parties.
Advertising. This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure whether our ads work. You can block it with any standard content blocker or limit ad tracking in your Facebook settings, and the store works exactly the same either way.
How We Use It
To fulfill and ship orders, respond to inquiries, provide consulting you purchased, send order-related email, and understand which pages are useful. That is the whole list. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.
Who We Share It With
- Stripe processes payments.
- Shipping carriers and our freight partner DNA Supply Chain receive your name, address, and phone number so they can deliver your order.
- Meta receives pixel events as described above.
No one else, unless the law requires it.
Cookies
WooCommerce sets cookies to keep your cart working and, if you have an account, to keep you logged in. The Meta Pixel sets its own cookies for ad measurement. We do not use any other tracking cookies.
Retention and Your Rights
We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require. Contact form messages are kept as long as they are useful for supporting you. If you want a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or want it corrected or deleted, email josh@theedgemile.com and we will handle it. Deletion requests are honored except where we are legally required to keep a record (for example, completed sales).
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
