Our Baicells 436H to 436Q remote conversion unlocks your FreedomFi-locked Baicells 436H eNodeB to standard 436Q firmware. After the Baicells 436H to 436Q service, your unit runs any standard LTE EPC — including our Rapid5GS Pro packet core for fully GUI-managed private LTE.

Many Baicells Nova 436H units were originally provisioned for the FreedomFi Helium ecosystem, making them incompatible with standard LTE EPCs and general CBRS deployments. The stock 436H firmware lacks the flexibility needed for WISP and private LTE operations.

Our Edge Mile remote conversion service unlocks these radios and reflashes them with official Baicells Nova 436Q firmware, enabling you to deploy them in non-Helium CBRS environments with your own EPC and configuration. One purchase is required per unit converted.
