This is a renewed Baicells Nova 436Q—originally a FreedomFi-locked 436H, now reflashed to official 436Q firmware. Fully CBRS-compatible, with the HaloB embedded EPC license included (a $250 value)—no additional unlocking service required. The Baicells 436H is the FreedomFi-locked variant — it can only run through the FreedomFi service. The Baicells 436Q is the standard, fully-unlocked firmware that lets you run any compatible core. This unit started life as a 436H and has been reflashed to 436Q firmware, so you have full control.

Are HaloB licenses really included?

Yes. The HaloB embedded EPC license ($250 retail) is permanently loaded on this Baicells 436Q. You can run a complete private LTE network using the radio’s built-in core, or pair it with an external core like Rapid5GS Pro.
